about the job

• Define and execute a 3–5 year technology vision for precision manufacturing, tooling, and molding
• Lead R&D initiatives aimed at creating proprietary manufacturing processes and intellectual property (IP)
• Oversee the end-to-end engineering project portfolio, ensuring disciplined stage-gate execution and resource optimization
• Develop robust business cases for technology investments, linking technical advancement directly to commercial ROI
• Drive the transformation of fabrication processes toward world-class precision and cycle-time efficiency

job requirement

• Msc/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in contract manufacturing (High Mix Low Volume) environment
• Possess a mastery of molding processes, tooling, and the technical nuances of engineered plastic products
• Extensive experience managing medical industry customers
• Experience in doing business turnaround
