Head of Product Management, AI

We’re looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the product management team at one of the largest global brands. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, align initiatives with strategic priorities, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative AI and digital solutions.

What we would like
We’re after someone who combines strategic vision, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills. In this role, you’ll:

• Lead product teams to develop, update, and prioritize long-term product roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders and users.
• Define product delivery priorities, launch parameters, and go-to-market strategies, including MVPs, versioning, and releases.
• Collaborate with Solution & Design teams to validate problem statements and guide agile teams in conceptualizing or enhancing AI and digital products.
• Communicate product value propositions to cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing resources and reducing time-to-market and costs.
• Manage team resources, performance, and career development, ensuring alignment between team capabilities and stakeholder expectations.

Your keys to success
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a data-driven, user-focused, and adaptable product leader. You’ll bring:

• Postgraduate or tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; public service experience is a plus.
• 5+ years in digital product management, including leading product management teams.
• Proven success in defining, launching, and scaling digital products with agile and user-centric approaches.
• Technical knowledge of emerging digital technologies, including AI/ML, data science, and analytics.
• Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and collaborative leadership skills to drive team growth and cross-functional delivery.
