Head of Family Services Centre (FSCs)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the FSCs in alignment with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with professional practice standards, Service Standards Requirements (SSRs), and internal SOPs.
• Oversee clinical governance, financial controls and administrative compliance.
• Drive staff supervision, performance management and capability development.
• Represent the centre at national and sector platforms and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).
• Work closely with community and church partners in selected outreach and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised degree in Social Work or related discipline.
• Relevant professional accreditation (where applicable).
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in social service settings.
• Strong organisational leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a faith-based organisational environment and support its mission and values.
