Our client, an established real estate investment holding group which manages a broad portfolio of strategic investments and assets across Asia, is looking for a Head of Asset Management (Real Estate) to join their growing team.

As part of a 4-man team, the Head of Asset Management will play a central part in driving both financial results and operational excellence while being fully responsible for performance metrics and key targets. Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, the incumbent will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring assets are managed effectively while identifying opportunities to improve returns. This position also involves translating complex market information into strategic recommendations and supporting initiatives that strengthen the long-term value and sustainability of the portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent
• CFA is a plus
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Real Estate/ Property industry is a must
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (including advanced MS Excel)
• Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
