Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Account Management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships across all accounts.

• Act as the primary strategic advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into effective digital marketing strategies.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid media, and social media initiatives.

• Work closely with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, content, and analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, providing strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

• Guide the account management team in presenting insights, campaign performance reports, and marketing strategies to clients in a clear and impactful manner.

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and campaign delivery.

• Implement and refine account management processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service standards.

• Mentor and develop the account management team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment, with leadership or team management experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

• Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain marketing strategies and campaign results.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding client KPIs.

• Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing.

• Prior experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Basecamp will be an advantage
