Head Chef (Central Kitchen) π¨βπ³π½οΈ| $10,000
Β
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee Central Kitchen operations and lead a team of 15β20 Sous Chefs and Cooks in delivering high-quality meals and efficient production.
Β
π Location: Tuas West
π Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 9 hrs 30 mins (inclusive of 45 mins lunch)
π Flexible hours, may require rotating shifts
π° Salary: $6,000 β $10,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
β’ Oversee daily central kitchen operations
β’ Ensure food quality and timely order fulfilment
β’ Develop menus and dining concepts for retail outlets and catering
β’ Support high-profile catering events
β’ Evaluate suppliers and forecast ingredient requirements
β’ Manage food costing, labour cost, and productivity
β’ Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
β’ Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
β
Requirements
β’ Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale F&B or hospitality operations
β’ Strong culinary creativity and leadership skills
β’ Familiar with Singaporeβs foodservice landscape
β’ Experience managing halal and non-halal kitchen operations is advantageous
