Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined and seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
• Build lasting relationships with guests.
• Coordinate special requests or arrangements to elevate the overall dining experience.
• Liaise closely with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
• Maintain the reception and waiting areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organised, proactive, and composed under pressure during peak periods.
• Professional, confident, and service-oriented.
