- Attending to and addressing guests enquiries
- Expected to provide table service to restaurant guests.
- Communicate responses in a clear, professional, timely and concise manner.
- Maintain reservation platform
- Assist events calendar, enquiries, site visits
- Processing bill payments
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Positive service attitude, coachable
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- 5 day work week
