Job Title: Guest Host (Front-of-House)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,100 base
Potential gross earnings of $3,800+ (with allowances & bonuses)

• Welcome & Seat: Be the first friendly face they see. Greet guests warmly and get them settled at their table.

• Guide the Experience: Know the menu well enough to point someone toward their new favorite dish or drink.

• Manage the Flow: Handle reservations, answer calls, and keep the front area organized so service runs on time.

• Keep it Clean: Make sure your section is set up right, clean, and ready for the next round of guests.

• Serve with Care: Get food and drinks to the table accurately and attentively.

• Stay Ahead: Notice what a guest needs before they have to ask.

• Team Up: Jump in where help is needed. We work as one team, whether that's folding napkins or supporting during a rush.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or any role where you dealt directly with customers.

• You're comfortable handling reservations and basic admin tasks.

• You stay cool when it gets busy and can handle phone/email inquiries professionally.
