We are looking for a warm, confident, and organised Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. Beyond greeting and queue management, you will guide customers through their experience, support floor operations, and assist with our traditional kebaya try-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers upon arrival  
• Introduce the experience, menu, and key highlights  
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, attended to, and well taken care of  
• Support customer flow and seating coordination 
• Guide guests through the dining experience and key highlights
• Assist customers with kebaya try-on and basic styling support
• Guide customers on how to wear and match accessories  
• Encourage photo-taking and create a positive, engaging experience  
• Support customers in capturing memorable moments  
• Support hosting of KOLs, influencers, and special guests  
• Ensure their experience is smooth, comfortable, and well managed  
• Coordinate with team to deliver a consistent and positive brand experience  
• Assist as a floor floater, supporting both service and operational needs  
• Serve food and beverages when required  
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area  
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth service flow  
• Engage customers actively and build positive rapport  
• Encourage satisfied guests to leave reviews and share their experience  
• Handle basic feedback and escalate issues when necessary
