About the role

You will be part of the Global Transaction Services (GTS) team that provides innovative, seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, client immersions to re-imagine journeys or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade and Cash Management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visits with our relationship managers.

Job Responsibility

• Discover: Conduct thorough internal and external research to understand the need of GTS employees and find the best solution.

• Define: Design the solution including project plan from development to delivery.

• Develop: Prototype and validate solutions through user testing, ensuring they meet user needs, align with business goals, and are technically feasible.

• Deliver: Implement solutions with continuous feedback loops, overseeing phased building and testing, and maintaining clear communication and change management for successful deployment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
