About the Role

• Support the optimization of operational processes through documentation and analysis.

• Manage and refine Generative AI prompt engineering.

• Oversee project tracking, reporting, and communication.

• Facilitate seamless collaboration between operations and technology teams for project execution.

Job Responsibility

• Map and identify areas for improvement to current operational workflows and procedures.

• Develop, test, and maintain a library of effective Generative AI prompts.

• Track project progress against timelines and milestones.

• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between operation and technology teams.

• Assist in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, FinTech Specialised, Project Management, Business, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Interest in Generative AI and process improvement.

• Familiarity with project management principles (advantageous).
