About the role

This traineeship position offers exposure to DevOps Engineering and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes within Group Technology. The trainee will gain practical, end-to-end experience in the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, from code to release. Furthermore, this role will develop an understanding of the critical compliance and processes within financial institutions at various stages of the SDLC, including engagement with cutting-edge GenAI-based automation.

Job Responsibility

• Learn the mechanisms of the DevOps process by actively participating in ongoing DevOps activities within the team.
• Build automation solutions to streamline and enhance existing processes and controls.
• Get involved in Generative AI (GenAI)-based automation initiatives, including the development of agentic models and Microservices Control Plane (MCP).
• Participate in code refactoring exercises to improve software quality and maintainability.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Security/Information Systems, Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Must be a strong team player.
• Proficient in software development.
• Willingness to learn and apply Java/Python on the job.
