What you do

You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Process Mapping & Analysis: Document and analyse legal and compliance workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Project Support: Track action items, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Tech Exploration: Build prototypes using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Gen AI to demonstrate potential solutions.
• Meeting & Communication: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and assist with stakeholder communications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support change management activities and facilitate buy-in for new processes.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training programs.

Who you are

• A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
• Possess a Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Exhibit a keen interest in emerging technologies and process improvement.
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
