What you do
You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Document and analyse legal and compliance workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Support: Track action items, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Tech Exploration: Build prototypes using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Gen AI to demonstrate potential solutions.
- Meeting & Communication: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and assist with stakeholder communications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support change management activities and facilitate buy-in for new processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training programs.
Who you work with
Group Legal & Compliance takes care of integrity and ensures compliance with all rules and regulations, developing the policies & procedures that manage and mitigate risk. Who you are
- A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
- Possess a Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibit a keen interest in emerging technologies and process improvement.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
