What you do
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Documenting the impact of HR changes and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Creating engaging communication materials like guides and presentations.
- Coordinating events and workshops to support HR transformation.
- Supporting the Program Ascent Phase 2 project to enhance talent and performance management.
- Contributing to process improvements and proactive problem-solving.

Who you are
- A recent graduate from Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Learning Objectives
This programme will provide you with:
- Practical experience in change management methodologies.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Project coordination and delivery experience.
- Insight into the strategic direction of HR at OCBC.
