This position reports directly to Head of Finance (HOF) ST Engineering Marine Ltd. The role is expected to assist HOF in implementation of small scale productivity projects that aims at improving the speed of data analytics for the department.The role will also be exposed to the Marine Ship building/ repair business and other corporate reporting activities.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist HOF in downloading of data from SAP and perform data cleansing.
• Using data analytics tool to build database and generation of reports
• Perform data analysis on various costing aspects
• Preparation of presentation materials for findings
• Assist in process setting up of JVCo finance systems/documentation in Saudi Arabia
• Assist in Branch accounting for Middle East

Technical skills and competencies

• Active participation in the planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes, and execution of the work plan.
• How to engage and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders professionally.
• Gain experience with Accounting systems (SAP, Excel etc) Analytical tools and methods under Finance for the Marine business.

Working location at Benoi, working hours Mon - Fri 7.25am to 5pm, islandwide transportation provided
