POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Global Process Owner, Order to Cash (OTC) you will lead the end-to-end transformation of the OTC function across people, process, and technology in partnership with executive leadership. You will drive cross-functional and cross-regional delivery within the OTC tower, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration across the Fusion program. This role is accountable for delivering measurable business value while overseeing program performance and spending within the OTC tower.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

OTC Transformation Leadership

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end transformation across people, process, and technology within the OTC tower, covering operating model redesign, system upgrades, deployment, and adoption.

• Define and track clear metrics to ensure tangible business value realisation across all phases (design, build, implement, monitor).

People, Process & Technology

• Partner with Business Leaders, People & Culture, Change, Product, and IT teams to design and implement fit-to-standard global processes and scalable technology solutions.

• Drive standardisation, performance management, and continuous improvement across the OTC taxonomy (pricing & rebates, contract management, order processing, billing & returns, AR, credit & disputes).

Governance & Programme Delivery

• Chair tower-level governance forums, manage risks and escalations, and ensure timely, accurate reporting aligned to the Fusion programme framework.

• Oversee transformation plans and programme spend within the OTC tower, ensuring disciplined execution and sustainable outcomes.

Stakeholder & Policy Partnership

• Engage Business Units and Markets to gather feedback, ensure compliance, and embed best practices.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and success metrics, while providing input into corporate policy and managing cross-process interdependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Deep end-to-end expertise in SAP OTC, including trade discounts and integration with finance processes.
• 10–15 years of operational experience across order-to-invoice, sales, and pricing environments.
• Proven leadership in large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programmes, driving global process standardisation and change.
• Strong track record in technology-enabled transformation (SAP preferred), with the ability to translate business strategy into scalable solutions.
• Highly effective at influencing senior stakeholders across regions and cultures, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Up to 30% travel to support in-market reviews and SAP deployments.
