Job Description
Salt Talent Search is seeking a Global Partner Enablement Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role to drive partner enablement strategy and execution within the assigned region.
You will act as the critical link between global enablement priorities and local market needs, ensuring partners are equipped to sell and deliver solutions effectively.
What Will You Do:
- Translate global enablement priorities into actionable regional plans that support local partner needs.
- Design, lead, and execute enablement initiatives such as bootcamps, technical labs, and on-demand learning.
- Build strong relationships with Practice Leads and other key personnel for the main partners in region.
- Build strong relationships with partner sales leadership, solution consulting teams, and global enablement colleagues.
- Monitor partner readiness through dashboards, certification metrics, enablement adoption data, and parter-sourced opportunities.
- Manage APAC region with strong focus on ANZ market
- Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to refine enablement strategies and content.
What is your Expertise:
- Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Clear and persuasive communicator across diverse audiences and cultures.
- Understanding of specific solutions such as Content Supply Chain, GenStudio, and Workfront.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience working with SaaS companies with focus on ANZ market.
- Comfortable using dashboards and KPIs to guide strategy and measure success.

impact.
