Mechanical & Electrical Manager (M&E) (MRT Project)
Salary : $6,000 – $9000

Job Description:

• Responsible for all M&E Construction Activities on site reporting to Project Manager.
• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Coordination and supervision of M&E Works.
• Liaise with M&E Consultants.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc, for the establishment of the design deliverales requirements for submission.
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized engineering degree, and as least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structural, Architectural and/ or E&M building service works of similar scale and complexity.
