• Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, including sushi preparation (training provided), cashiering, and food preparation processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
• Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas and ensuring proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as staff scheduling, payroll management, and adherence to labor regulations.
• Take charge of store promotions and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue.
• Execute any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by senior management.

Requirement:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus.
