Role Overview
The Full-Time Service Crew member is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. This role supports daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks according to service standards
Handle cash, POS systems, and payments responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas
Set up and clear tables efficiently
Support opening and closing duties
Address customer enquiries and resolve issues politely
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Skills & Requirements
Previous customer service or F&B experience preferred (training provided)
Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and reliability
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Attention to detail and commitment to service quality
