Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for dedicated Full-Time Recruiters to join our team in Kaki Bukit. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for full-time permanent positions as well as Executive Search across various industries. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and placing quality candidates while supporting clients in meeting their hiring goals.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment is required, along with a valid CEI Basic Certificate in compliance with MOM regulations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles required by Clients
• Conduct interviews and work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Communicate professionally with both English and Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates
• Ensure full compliance with MOM recruitment standards and documentation
• Consistently meet recruitment KPIs and support business development efforts
• Provide timely feedback and coordination between clients and candidates

📌 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in full-time staffing or recruitment
• CEI-Basic Certification (mandatory under MOM regulations)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse client base
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, independent, and a strong team player
• Singaporeans, PRs, and LTVP holders welcome to apply

💰 Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: SGD $2,800 – $4,500 (based on experience and qualifications)
