We are seeking motivated individuals with an interest in fitness and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer service and support the safe and efficient operation of our gym facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a front-of-house team member, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Front Desk Operations:

• Greet members and guests professionally and warmly
• Manage membership registrations and enquiries (in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms)
• Demonstrate integrity and strict adherence to operational policies, protocols, and guidelines.

Safety & Cleanliness:

• Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines within the gym
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all common areas and facilities
• Assist with packing, cleaning, and moving of gym equipment as needed

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

• Utilise required digital tools and platforms effectively in the performance of duties in terms of membership sale / management, scheduling, and incident reporting
• Ensure proper handover between shifts (handover/takeover documentation)
• Escalate any issues or incidents to the management team promptly

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, dependable, conscientious, and well-organised with a positive, can-do attitude
• Enjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personality

Availability:

• Able to work a fixed schedule of Sundays to Thursdays
• Commitment to a minimum of 32.5 hours per week
• Willingness to work across multiple gym locations in Central Singapore

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience

Preferred:

• Valid First-Aid and CPR Certification
• Experience in fitness or wellness environments is a plus

Physical Requirement:

• Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipment

Remuneration and Employee Benefits:

• Base Salary + Sales Commission
