📍 Location: TutorJohn Learning Centre – Choa Chu Kang & Tampines
💼 Position: Full-Time English Tutor (Primary & Secondary)
💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,200/month (Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses)
🗓 Work Days: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
🕒 Hours:
• Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are a fast-growing tuition brand with 3 branches across Singapore – two in Choa Chu Kang and one in Tampines – offering English, Math, Science, and Chinese lessons for Primary and Secondary levels.

We’re expanding our English team and looking for a Full-Time English Tutor who can confidently teach Primary & Secondary, build strong student foundations, and grow long-term with us.

👩‍🏫 Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Teach English Effectively
• Up to 3 classes/day (Primary/Secondary)
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned to the latest MOE syllabus
• Strengthen students in Comprehension, Writing, Grammar & Vocabulary

✅ Track & Improve Student Progress
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and gaps
• Work with the team to apply strategies for student improvement

✅ Centre Ops Support
• Assist with lesson planning and resource preparation
• Support make-up lesson scheduling and smooth centre operations

✅ Long-Term Growth Potential
• Coaching and leadership opportunities over time
• Pathway into Assistant Centre Manager role

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma/Degree holders (Education-related fields a bonus)
✔ 1+ year teaching preferred (fresh grads welcome, training provided)
✔ Familiar with MOE syllabus (or able to ramp up quickly)
✔ Strong classroom management + communication skills
✔ Willing to commit until end of the academic year
✔ Looking for a stable long-term teaching career
