Role Overview
As an AquaFlask Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, recommending products, and offering personalisation options through in-store engraving. We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, customer-focused, and passionate about lifestyle products and sustainable hydration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Share product and engraving knowledge confidently.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Assist with stock counts, restocking, and general store operations.

Requirements

• Good communication skills; fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Energetic, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
