We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team at Runrascals as full-time or part-time sales assistants & promoters at our retail point in the Singapore Oceanarium at RWS.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Welcome and engaging every customer warmly.
• Introducing Runrascals products, explaining how our customisation works (patches, interchangeable patches colour options, personalisation features).
• Assist with transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Keep the store organised, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Gather customer feedback with the team to help us improve our products.
• Support team efforts to meet daily sales targets and deliver a great shopping experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Prior retail, customer service, or events experience is a bonus, but not a must.
• Comfortable talking to customers from different backgrounds, tourists, families, and kids.
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
• Strong interest in kids' lifestyle products, fashion, or creative brands.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
• Open to doing either opening or closing shifts.

What we offer:

• Competitive hourly/monthly pay with performance-based incentives. (FT Monthly S$2,300 to 2,500) / (PT S$14/H - S$15/H)
