Our client is a reputable Singapore-based legal services firm specializing in estate planning and corporate governance, including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

They are seeking a professional and composed Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients.

Job Scope:

• Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage appointment scheduling
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team
• Ensure the front office is well-maintained and presents a professional image at all times

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, confident, and customer service–oriented
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment.

📍Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
