Job Description
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Location: East
Permanent role
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with Airlines on space allocation
- Airlines Rates Procurement and negotiation
- Maintain good carrier relationship
- Update and disseminate carriers’ notices / information on surcharge updates
- Good knowledge of flight routes & visibility of airline costing
- Co-ordinate with export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation, electronic data transfer and invoicing through forwarding sub-ledger
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support, high customer satisfaction, high productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year experience in Air Freight
- Possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills
- Experience in Cargowise will be added advantage
- Resourceful, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
