- Main responsibilities are to deliver home-based Interim Care Service for referred elderly

patients in a professional and appropriate manner.

- Service scope includes assist client with personal hygiene (e.g. showering, toileting,

feeding, etc) activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (iADLs),

mind stimulating activities, elder sitting, respite care and performing simple maintenance

exercises as prescribed by a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist or a speech

therapist.

- Assist client to discharge from hospital to home as per instructions.

- Perform higher care tasks as necessary (Eg: NG tube feeding as prescribed by healthcare

professionals).

- Dutifully record visits and follow all procedures set by the supervisor.

- Adhere to Code of Conduct at all times.

- Report and update client’s condition to supervisor and clients' family member timely.

- Strictly adhere to all Home Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all time.

- Attend comprehensive in-house training on basic and advanced caregiving skills provided

by the company.

- Using of smart phone for communication, update clients' record and navigation.

- Any other duties assigned.

Requirements to join

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level.

- A relevant WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support/Therapy services will be

advantageous.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous.

- Able to communicate effectively with elderly clients.

- A good team player with a pleasant disposition, able-bodied and healthy.
