Backed by leading investors, our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company redefining how global businesses handle critical document workflows. They're not looking for a traditional marketer. They're looking for a growth operator who can build the entire machine — and then run it.
This is an individual contributor role with full ownership across Product-Led Growth (PLG), demand generation, content, community, and partnerships. If you thrive with a blank canvas and move fast without needing a playbook handed to you, read on.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Design self-serve user journeys that convert, activate, and expand. Obsess over the numbers until they move.
- Demand Generation: Launch campaigns targeting lawyers, finance teams, and global enterprises across outbound, webinars, and content channels.
- Content Engine: Own case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn presence, and sales collateral crafted for high-trust, enterprise buyers.
- Voice of the Customer: Join discovery calls, extract insights, and translate real user pain into sharper GTM messaging and product improvements.
- Partnerships: Build distribution via API integrations, marketplaces, and resellers that compound reach.
- Growth Experiments: Test acquisition, onboarding, and conversion hypotheses at pace — measure everything, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
- Metrics & Reporting: Set up dashboards tracking Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), funnel conversion, and pipeline health. Report directly to the CEO and investors.
- Playbooks: Turn successful experiments into repeatable frameworks that scale beyond you.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3 to 6 years across growth, marketing, sales, or partnerships at a fast-growing SaaS or AI company.
- A proven record of generating revenue through PLG funnels, content-driven demand generation, or enterprise sales.
- Strong writer — able to produce case studies, LinkedIn posts, and campaign copy that converts enterprise buyers.
- Fluent in SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, ARR, and funnel conversion rates.
- Equally comfortable being strategic and scrappy — from pitching enterprise clients to running outbound campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: builds from zero, iterates fast, and owns outcomes.
- Bonus: experience in legal, finance, or media industries.
THE PACKAGE
- Monthly Base Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 (commensurate with experience)
