Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform foot reflexology treatments professionally according to clients’ needs and preferences.

• Apply correct reflexology techniques to stimulate pressure points and improve circulation and relaxation.

• Conduct basic consultation with clients before treatment to understand health conditions, pain points, or preferences.

• Provide post-treatment advice to help clients maintain wellness and improve results.

• Ensure clients are comfortable and provide a relaxing and pleasant experience throughout the session.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas, tools, chairs, and towels according to hygiene standards.

• Prepare treatment stations before sessions and tidy up after each client.

• Assist in monitoring and replenishing oils, creams, towels, and other supplies.

• Recommend suitable treatment packages, memberships, or retail products when appropriate.

• Handle client enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Assist with appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support daily outlet operations.
