Position Overview
As a Floral Styling Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and creating floral arrangements for retail, events, weddings, and corporate clients. You'll work closely with the production team to develop unique floral and botanical concepts that reflect the visual aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create venue or space floral concepts, designs and installations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and propose styling concepts
• Prepare mood boards, themes, and event styling plans
• Manage inventory of floral materials and supplies
• Support setup and teardown for events and installations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and workstation
• Keep up with trends in designs, colors and styling techniques

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, venue styling or other related creative fields
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and design trends
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours during peak seasons
• Physically able to handle floral materials and event logistics as and when required
