We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who leads by example and helps deliver consistently excellent service on the floor.

Role Overview

As a Floor Supervisor at Curly’s, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, supporting the service team, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming dining experience. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during service

• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

• Support staff with table service, reservations, and floor flow during busy periods

• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambience of the restaurant

• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and shift handovers

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Act as the point of contact on the floor in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role in F&B or hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Customer-focused with a calm, problem-solving mindset

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and operations

• Team player with a hands-on attitude
