We are a growing SME seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team and support our next phase of growth. This hands-on role is suited for a finance leader with IPO experience, expertise in SGX compliance, board reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX Catalist requirements

• Prepare board reports and financial analysis for management

• Handle IPO-related and post-listing reporting and disclosures

• Liaise with auditors, sponsors, tax agents, and advisors

• Maintain internal controls and financial governance

• Lead and manage a small finance team

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SME environment

• IPO and Catalist-listed company experience

• Strong technical accounting and regulatory reporting knowledge
