Job Description

• Provide internal financial advisory and planning support to management and project teams

• Analyse project financial performance, cash flow, cost trends, and profitability

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for construction projects

• Advise management on financial risks, cost optimisation, and investment decisions

• Assist in tender financial evaluation and project feasibility analysis

• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Project teams on cost control and financial strategy

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights

• Support funding planning, banking coordination, and financial compliance matters

• Provide financial wellness guidance and education initiatives for employees when required

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, or construction finance preferred

• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is an advantage

• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills

• Good understanding of project cost structures and cash flow management

• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) will be an advantage
