• Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of management reports of the fund manager.
• Work with external service providers to prepare and review the quarterly financial reports of the venture capital and other private fund entities.
• Review and manage payroll, expense payments, distributions and cash assets across various entities.
• Prepare and manage audit and regulatory reports such as MAS quarterly and annual Survey.
• Work with HR and external tax advisor to review and manage IRAS tax submissions such as Form C, IR8A and GST
• Liaise with lawyers and corporate secretary for legal related matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc and administrative duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience
• Degree in Accounting or other accounting qualification, preferably with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation
• Team player, strong work ethic and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize time effectively in a fast-paced environment
