Job Summary
Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Finance Manager is responsible for financial closing and reporting, statutory and tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls for all SEA entities. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional finance operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analysis
• Oversee preparation and submission of statutory accounts
• Act as the main finance contact for all SEA site.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Review and improve finance processes to strengthen controls and compliance
• Drive process standardisation, automation, and efficiency improvements
• Manage tax and regulatory filings and coordinate with tax agents and authorities
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics environments preferred
• Familiar with Malaysian manufacturing operations, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in process improvement, optimisation, or automation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and technically strong in accounting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and a strong team player
