Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for the Company and its subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.

Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to headquarters within stipulated timelines.

Establish, review, and enhance financial policies, systems, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management’s strategic planning and decision-making.

Oversee corporate tax computation and filings, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and facilitate smooth audit processes.

Review payroll, staff claims, and reimbursements for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury functions.

Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments and drive process improvement initiatives as required.
