Finance Manager, Healthcare

📍 Location: Central North

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Finance team, oversee statutory and management reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Finance team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial management: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, AP/AR.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with financial standards and tax regulations.
• Handle GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and IRAS queries.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior management; support budgeting and special projects.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Audit experience.
• Healthcare industry exposure.
• Basic knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and Excel VBA Macros.
