Our client is an established investment firm with a growing presence in venture capital and private fund management. They are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational finance across multiple entities.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance activities within a fund management environment:

• Oversee monthly closing and preparation of management reports for the fund manager
• Review and coordinate with external service providers on quarterly financial reports for venture capital and private fund entities
• Manage payroll, expense payments, distributions, and cash management across multiple entities
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g. MAS quarterly and annual surveys)
• Oversee tax compliance, including Form C, IR8A, GST, in collaboration with external tax advisors
• Liaise with lawyers and corporate secretaries on legal and corporate matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification (CA / CPA preferred)
• Relevant experience in financial services, fund management, or investment environment
