Full Set Accounting & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Drive monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and review management reports, financial statements, and key variance analysis for leadership review
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen finance processes

Finance Operations & Controls

• Oversee core finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Strengthen and maintain internal control frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial records across all transactions
• Guide and support junior team members in daily finance operations

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and statutory filings
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements in Singapore
• Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and professional consultants
• Support audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit matters

Business Support & Financial Insights

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and cost control initiatives
• Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
• Strong experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Good understanding of SFRS, GST, and Singapore tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to engage business stakeholders
