Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support and strengthen Company’s finance function. This role will take over core day-to-day responsibilities while also expanding into areas such as credit control monitoring, FP&A, and audit readiness. The successful candidate will play a key role in building financial discipline to support Company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL postings
• Monitor AR ageing, enforce credit control policies, and follow up on collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and file GST submissions and corporate tax returns (IRAS) in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare for statutory and external audits
• Support cash flow management and liquidity tracking

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results against budget/forecast, identifying key variances and drivers
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation
• Partner with department heads to optimise financial performance
• Drive process improvements, automation, and streamlining of financial reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage)
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance in Singapore, with exposure to both compliance and FP&A
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and corporate regulations
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with ERP systems a plus
• Experience in credit control, audit readiness, and implementing financial controls
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
