Role Overview
Our JVco - Scaleup Bio Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations while partnering closely with the CEO on strategic planning and decision-making. This role combines financial control, business analysis, and board-level support in a dynamic, growth-stage environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-spectrum finance operations (AP/AR, GL, reporting, cash flow, payroll) with strong accuracy and controls
• Deliver timely monthly financial reports and clear management insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including scenario analysis and modelling
• Provide actionable analysis on performance, costs, profitability, and business opportunities
• Support CEO and Board with high-quality financial materials, presentations, and reporting
• Improve finance processes, systems, and workflows using automation and AI where practical

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, modelling, and analysis
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced or growth-stage environments
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to translate numbers into business insights
• Experience with SMEs or sectors like manufacturing, biotech, foodtech, or life sciences is a plus
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred
