Work location: Central

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Finance team to ensure effective financial operations.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions including statutory and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventory, and AP/AR.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and prepare consolidated management reports and financial statements to support business decision-making.
• Lead year-end statutory audits, including preparation of annual reports and audit documentation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and regularly review and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Manage GST filing, withholding tax, and corporate income tax reviews, and liaise with relevant authorities to address tax-related queries.
• Provide financial analysis and prepare presentations for senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to finance-related initiatives and special projects, including system implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or related fields
• Bonus if possess ACCA/ISCA or Charted Accountant (CA) qualification
• Min. 4-5 years’ experience’ as a Finance Manager with audit and supervisory duties, preferably in healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting.
