We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a valuable learning experience, allowing the intern to gain hands-on exposure to financial operations and processes. The ideal candidate is a university student with a keen interest in finance and accounting, eager to develop practical skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
• Support in preparing reports and summaries for management.
• Help manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Learn to post ledger entries using QuickBooks (training will be provided).
• Participate in reconciling bank statements under supervision.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial summaries (MIS).
• Provide support during the quarterly and yearly closing of financial books.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts (prior knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
