Key Responsibilities

·Drive process improvements within the regional offices to ensure full compliance with group policies, and provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls and governance.

· Lead the coordination of financial accounts across all regional offices, ensuring alignment in MIS reporting, audit processes, transfer pricing, and overall financial governance.

·  Statutory Filings and compliance of the group entities.

· Managing Finance Shared Service Function.

· Perform periodic visits to regional offices and coordinate with local auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

· Work closely with the CFO to manage engagements with government agencies, covering licensing, permits, regulatory filings, and all required application submissions.

· Investment analysis – both regular operating ones and new strategic areas.

·Partner with the CFO to shape and refine the finance strategy, ensuring it is fully aligned with business priorities and informed by key market developments.

Key Requirements

·  Qualified Finance professional with maximum 12 to 14 years of rich finance experience including Audit experience in progressive organizations.

· Familiarity with multinational accounting requirements, transfer pricing and taxation.

· Experience in ERP systems and technical savviness in MS Office are highly desirable.

· Strong interpersonal skills to influence and business partner effectively with key stakeholders in the organization.

· Possesses executive level presentation and communication skills

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
