The Position:

An international professional services MNC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within a lean finance team. Based in the Buona Vista area, this is a hybrid role with a 50/50 split between office and work-from-home arrangements.

In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of the full AP/AR cycle, including vendor invoices, staff expense claims, payment processing, customer billing, collections, and reconciliations. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, maintain proper documentation, and support month-end closing activities. The role also involves liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients, while supporting compliance with GST and internal controls. Given the nature of the business, invoicing can be complex, requiring a high level of attention to detail and organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Skills & Experience:

You should have at least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally gained within a small or mid-sized audit firm, or as an experienced AP/AR professional in a lean environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and confidence in handling financial data accurately. Strong communication skills are essential when liaising with stakeholders. Experience with accounting systems and strong Excel skills are expected. Mandarin language capability is advantageous to support regional communication but is not essential.
