A leading healthcare provider is hiring a Finance Executive to support key healthcare financing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end administrative processes, including contract updates, claim appeals, clawbacks, and responding to queries from clinics and stakeholders.
• Track and manage fortnightly payment cycles to ensure accurate and timely disbursement or recovery of government funds.
• Prepare required reports and data submissions.
• Forecast quarterly funding needs to maintain sufficient cash flow for clinic payouts, and compute adjustments for quarterly reports.
• Investigate and follow up on exception cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all work complies with ministry guidelines and policies to meet audit requirements.
• Support scheme updates, system changes, and new implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
