Key Responsibilities

Full Set Accounting & Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare supporting schedules, management reports, and financial summaries for review
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

Daily Finance Operations

• Process and verify financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables, and follow up where necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support audit and tax-related information requests

Compliance & Reporting Support

• Assist in GST reporting, statutory filings, and audit coordination
• Work closely with external auditors and tax agents during audit cycles
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Process Improvement & Support

• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls
• Assist in implementing system or workflow enhancements where required
• Provide support to finance team in ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance roles
• Strong experience handling full set of accounts is required
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Singapore regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good team player with strong communication skills
