• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales
• Position Title: Finance Admin / Accountant
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 4.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, match PO/GRN, prepare payment runs, resolve vendor queries.
• Issue invoices/credit notes, post receipts, follow up on outstanding balances.
• Post journals, accruals/prepayments, maintain bank reconciliations
• Verify policy compliance, code accurately, prepare reimbursements.
• Assist with schedules, trial balance checks, variance notes, and filings.
• Maintain orderly files, update vendor/customer master data.
• Follow finance SOPs, internal controls, and tax/GST requirements, support audits.
• Generate standard accounting reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, customers, and banks for timely issue resolution.
• Use accounting software and spreadsheets; help with simple process improvements.

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; LCCI/ACCA foundation is a plus.
• 1–2 years in accounting related roles.
• Experience in Xero system is advantageous
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and time management; proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
